In order to keep both our team and the community safe, we want to assure patients that we are adhering to strict COVID safe protocols.

Our optometry equipment is thoroughly cleaned before and after each eye test. Plus all our frames on display are sanitised between uses. Optometrists will be wearing masks during your eye exam, and team members will be wearing masks when unable to socially distance.

To continue to protect our community, we ask that you please follow all of the requirements in place to keep our practice safe:

• If you are experiencing any flu like symptoms, or are awaiting a COVID test result, please reschedule your appointment.

• Please wear a mask inside our practice.

 

• Use the displayed QR codes to check in.

• Maintain social distance at all times.

• Use the provided hand sanitiser upon entry.

• Only one adult is permitted in the consultation room per appointment, unless accompanying a child or are assisting as a carer.
